From damage record to repair design

Characterise the damage. Identify affected ply zones, structural function, and minimum repair scope.

Design the patch geometry. Size scarf angle, ply drop-off schedule, and overlap dimensions parametrically.

Assign repair plies. Select materials and orientations to meet stiffness, mass, availability, and process constraints.

Validate the repaired section. Compare section properties, check surface deviation, and confirm structural equivalence.
